ETM Recycling have invested millions in their own crushing plant based at their quarry, located a 5 minute drive from the Recycling Centre. We currently segregate and recycle up to 2000 tonnes of hardcore per month, all of this is diverted from landfill.

Hardcore Recycling.

Once the hardcore waste has been cleared of all contaminants and is signed off as clean it is transported to the quarry from our recycling centre in order to be processed into recycled aggregates.

Hardcore Materials Include:

  • Bricks
  • Concrete
  • Rubble
  • Tiles/Ceramics

We provide discounted rates for segregated hardcore skips – you can save money by segregating your hardcore:

  • 4 – 8 yard skips are available for hardcore
  • 16 yard roro’s are also available for skip hire

Recycled Aggregates.

Crushing is the breaking or grinding by mechanical means of hardcore, crushing the hardcore will reduce the material to a specific size range.

The clean hardcore is fed through various screens to produce a range of materials:

  • Type 4 Stone (40mm down)
  • 6F5
  • 40 – 20mm
  • Dust
